What is Kaika Suru Karate

Kaika Suru Karate was founded to modernise karate and make it more applicable for the world that we now live in. We do this by adding more modern techniques to our style from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Taekwondo and Muay Thai kickboxing. We continue to offer discipline and focus alongside these changes in order to keep the original spirit of karate whilst helping karate to progress.

Kaika Suru in Japanese means to flourish or blossom, this name was chosen as we help our students to flourish and become more confident.
